Refunds are granted at our discretion, considering the completion status of your order. Once finalized, orders are non-refundable due to resource allocation. However, for incomplete orders, refunds are available with a $15 processing fee deduction. Refunds do not imply fault on our part and legal action may be pursued for outstanding dues. We offer a money-back guarantee if your application is rejected due to our error, excluding government fees.

GovSwift holds no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the utilization or inability to use our services. This encompasses, but is not restricted to, damages related to the loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses.
